1. Our Commitment
We want you to love your crystal jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

2. Return Eligibility
✅ Items That CAN Be Returned:
  • Unworn and unused items in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong items shipped
❌ Items That CANNOT Be Returned:
  • Worn, used, or altered items
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged due to improper care
  • Intimate items (earrings) for hygiene reasons

3. Return Process
Step 1: Request Return
  • Email us at returns@yourstore.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include: Order number, item name, reason for return, photos (if damaged)
Step 2: Approval
  • We'll respond within 1-2 business days
  • If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items) or return instructions
Step 3: Ship Back
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include the packing slip or order confirmation
  • Drop off at the designated carrier within 7 days of approval

5. Crystal Care & Energy Consideration
Because crystals absorb and hold energy:
  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of energetic cleansing (sage, selenite, moonlight exposure)
  • We recommend keeping the original packaging if you're unsure about keeping the item
  • Once a crystal has been worn or energetically programmed, it becomes non-returnable

6. Damaged or Defective Items
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping
  • No need to return damaged items (disposal at your discretion)

7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund/store credit
  1. Place a new order for the desired item
  1. This ensures faster processing and availability

8. International Returns
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping method—we're not responsible for lost returns

9. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Returns will be rejected if:
  • Item shows signs of wear, perfume, or lotion residue
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Return request is made after 30 days
  • Item appears energetically cleansed or programmed
In these cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
